An opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious public health statistician to join the Research and Development Team within Public Health Wales. The post provides an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate to bring their extensive statistical expertise and apply those skills to research and evaluation studies - building robust evidence to support action to improve population health. You will have a post graduate qualification in statistics (or closely related subject) and relevant post qualification research and/or evaluation experience, alongside demonstrable skills and knowledge in applied statistics and statistical programming. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your experience, and research/evaluation portfolio in collaboration with others, with the collective aim to strengthen evidence to support action to address health.
Salary: £31,697 - £41,787 per annum
