JOB OPPORTUNITY: Knowledge Exchange Officer

An exiting opportunity has arisen for a new Knowledge Transfer Officer to join the Policy, Research and International Development Directorate. The Knowledge Exchange (KE) Officer’s role is to ensure knowledge and discoveries from the National Centre for Population Health and Wellbeing Research (NCPHWR) are translated and transferred into practice for the benefit of public health and are available for policy development in Wales. The KE Officer will work to maximise the relevance and impact of NCPHWR research and provide support in other areas of Public Health research translation. The post will involve working with key users of research evidence in order to support them to access and use research evidence effectively as well as encouraging them to collaborate with NCPHWR academics on new research funding bids. These collaborations help to secure the future of research in Wales.
