James joined the team in July 2017, undertaking a scoping project to understand how we may better support the prevention and mitigation of Adverse Childhood Experiences within the First 1,000 days. Since then, James has sought to support and deliver the evaluation of public health programmes.
With a background in psychology, James is particularly interested in developmental psychology, psychopathology and psychoneuroimmunology.
James obtained a BSc in psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSC in Health Psychology from the University of Bath. He is also a member of the British Psychological Society.
